Our Subs are Better - When we use a subcontractor (for example, a drywaller) we have a long standing relationship with them and pay them fairly - We have seen this produce a better quality product than a sub who has to work quickly in order to make money on the tract built homes. We pay them well and they work with pride on your project.
Our employees are Better - We work hard to recruit and train excellent employees who are also excellent people. These are people who are with us long term and demonstrate the pride in their work and this company. Their character is just as important to us as their ability. And we pay them accordingly.
Our communication is Better - We can be either your "turnkey" builder - meaning, we can do almost everything for you and have a selection meeting so you can choose exactly what you want for all of your decorating finishes, OR we will let you be as involved as you want in the building process, step by step. Everyone is different, and we work with your schedule. We don't just have 1 showroom with a limited selection of products - but we can bring it to you if that makes your life flow more smoothly.
We will send you emails and pictures to update you on progress so you can have a log of how the project is going.
When you get estimates on your project - please go line by line and compare! We will gladly walk you through our estimate - we want you to make the most informed choice regardless of whether you choose us. It only harms the building industry when a client chooses a builder they think is the cheapest, only to be hit up with all kinds of extras later because that builder wasn't providing the same product. Compare apples to apples.
